Avocet Celtic Duo -- Tranquil Sonoma County Wedding Music
As a duo, Mitch Gordon (on hammered dulcimer) and Jerry Fabiano (on guitar and octave mandolin) offer traditional celtic music instrumentals that complement events like weddings, winemakers dinners and gallery openings where quiet, lovely music is what is called for. The music we play is soft enough to not interfere with conversation, but interesting enough to listen to with your full attention. We draw on centuries of Irish, Scottish and American rural dance music repertoire, and blend it into lovely arrangements on lovely-sounding instruments.
